摘要
对于一些复杂且多变的利益相关者环境如城市洪涝灾害管理,一维分析法很难对其利益相关方进行特征区分和权重优选。以社会网络分析法为基础,综合了多种其他利益相关者分析方法,以浙江省诸暨市为例,建立了一个多维的城市洪灾利益相关者分析系统。该系统旨在为城市洪灾利益相关者参与机制和策略的设计与制定提供更为详细且多维的信息,从而使得城市洪灾管理更为有效。
For some complex and changeable stakeholder environments,such as urban flood management,it is diffi⁃cult for the one-dimensional analysis method to distinguish the characteristics and optimize the weight of stake⁃holders.Based on the social network analysis method,a variety of other stakeholder analysis methods are integrat⁃ed.Taking Zhuji City,Zhejiang Province as an example,a multi-dimensional urban flood stakeholder analysis sys⁃tem is established.This system provides more information for the participation mechanism and strategy formula⁃tion of urban flood stakeholders,so as to make urban flood management more effective.
