摘要
目的调查云南省临沧市鼠疫疫源地非飞行小型兽类的物种多样性,研究非飞行小型兽类在该地区生态系统中发挥的作用及对多种人兽共患病的保存和传播中的重要意义。方法现场样本采集选用系统采样法,小型兽类种类鉴定选用DNA条形码技术。结果共捕获海拔1200~3200 m的不同生境中的非飞行小型兽类177只,经DNA条形码技术进行鉴定后发现这些标本应该分为25个物种,其中鼠科的白腹鼠属有6种,鼩鼱科中一些形态难以鉴定的种类可以明确的分为3种,2个鼠种的鉴定错误得到纠正。结论DNA条形码技术能准确鉴定非飞行小型兽类,可使其海拔分布和生境选择等数据更为准确。
Nonvolant small mammals play important roles in ecosystems,including acting as reservoirs and vectors of some zoonoses,which depend on the mammal species diversity in a community.In order to investigate the species diversity of nonvolant small mammals in natural areas where plague occurs in Lincang,Yunnan Province,nonvolant small mammals were collected at 14 sites in and arround the Lincang Daxueshan Nature Reserve.After morphological identification,DNA barcoding was used for species identification in the laboratary.In total,177 nonvolant small mammals were collected from different kinds of forest with elevations ranging from 1200 to 3200 m.According to morphological chracteristics,these samples were preliminarily identified as 19 species.However,25 species were delineated with DNA barcoding,of which 6 species belonged to the genus Niviventer,3 species were distinguished from morphologically-similar shrews,and two murid misidentifications were also corrected by the DNA data.Several cryptic species were suggested by DNA barcoding,and a high species diversity of nonvolant small mammasl in the study area was confirmed.These revelations by DNA barcoding enabled better analysis of species’niches,and the ecological implications of new distributional findings are also discussed.
