摘要
将气液增压式模切机试验样机作为研究对象,通过NI LabVIEW这一虚拟仪器图形化的编程软件,从而建立起数字化的模切压力测控系统,实现了对模切施压机构的动态特性参数进行信号采集、分析和处理。在此基础上,能够将模切压力的调节过程实现自动化和可视化,进而为该新型模切装置设计与调压过程控制提供了应用研究理论基础和专利技术支撑。
The test prototype of the gas-liquid pressurized die-cutting machine is taken as the research object,and through the digital programming software of NI LabVIEW,a digital die-cutting pressure measurement and control system is established to realize the dynamic characteristics of the die-cutting pressure mechanism parameters for signal acquisition,analysis and processing.On this basis,the adjustment process of the die-cutting pressure can be automated and visualized,which provides a theoretical basis for application research and patented technical support for the design of the new diecutting device and control of the pressure-adjusting process.
