印刷行业绿色供应链管理现状研究

The Study on Current Situation of Green Supply Chain Management in Printing Industry

本文基于文献研究,对绿色供应链管理及其标准现状进行描述;基于问卷与访谈调研,对印刷行业的供应链现状与供应链管理现状进行了分析与总结;基于对现行绿色供应链管理标准与绿色供应链管理现状进行比较,发现现状中的突出薄弱环节与存在问题,旨在于为筛选绿色供应链管理评价关键指标、构建能够有效提高印刷行业绿色供应链管理水平的评价体系提供依据。

This paper is organized basedon the periodical outcomes of“The Research and Application of Key technologies of Green Supply Chain Verification and Evaluation”,asubject of NQI program.The demonstration falls into three parts,part 1 is the review on researches and standards about green supply chain(GSC);part 2 is the analysis and conclusion about the current situation of supply chain management in printing industry;part 3 is to scout out the weak links in GSC management in printing industry by comparing to current standards.This article aims at screening out the key indicators in GSC management assessment,and providing a theoretical basis for building up an assessment system which could effectively enhance the ability of GSC management in printing industry.
