新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控下的高校图书馆服务

Service of academic libraries during the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia

目的:探索我国高校图书馆在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间的应急服务模式,为“停课不停学”工作提供支持。方法:对36所高校图书馆在疫情防控期间推送信息的形式、数量现状和工作举措等服务内容进行调查。结果:各高校图书馆的应急工作举措分为紧急闭馆、外借图书不计入逾期、成立疫情防控工作领导小组等8类。结论:提出我国高校图书馆在疫情防控期间的“1+3”应急服务模式,即一项保证人民安全的必然举措:图书馆紧急闭馆,三项维持图书馆正常运行的基本途径:线上资源正常使用、线上服务在线处理、开展主题系列服务和活动。

Objective To study the emergency service pattern of domestic academic libraries during the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)in order to support the measure of"not stopping going to school while the classes are suspended'.Methods The forms of information push,amount of pushed information and measures taken for information push in 36 domestic academic libraries during the prevention and control of NCP were investigated.Results Eight measures were taken by domestic academic libraries during the prevention and control of NCP,such as immediate close of library,no lending books calculated as overdue,and establishment of leading group for NCP prevention and control.Conclusion The"1+3"emergency service pattern proposed for domestic academic libraries during the prevention and control of NCP,can be expressed as one necessary measure for securing the people's safety:emergency close of library and 3 basic measures for maintaining the normal operation of library:normal use of online resources,online processing of online service,serial topic service and activity.
