面向对象方法视角下基于第四方物流的物流园虚拟组织设计

Design of Logistics Park’s Virtual Organization Based on the Fourth Party Logistics from the Perspective of Object-oriented Method

从物流园发展的内部驱动力、外部推动力、技术基础及协同效应来看,我国物流园向第四方物流创新转型趋势明显。利用面向对象方法构建基于第四方物流的物流园虚拟组织具有必要性、紧迫性与可行性。根据第四方物流的基本原理,利用面向对象方法的核心思想与逻辑,从“人体组织”角度将物流园的物流资源与能力“抽象”并“封装”成“组织器官”,借助物流园信息系统“接口”的消息机制与指令,把物流园的“组织细胞”与“组织器官”模块化、系统集成为可重用、可重构、可扩展的具有“敏捷应变”与“并行工程”特征的物流园虚拟组织。通过该虚拟组织的模块化物流运作网络体系,能够实现物流园各个“组织器官”间的协同,符合价值增值最大化的共同目标。将面向对象方法应用至基于第四方物流的物流园虚拟组织设计中,为物流园按照第四方物流的基本原理创新发展提供了一个新的思路与方法,引领了一个新的研究趋势。

The innovation transformation trend of the logistics park to 4 PL is obvious from the perspective of the internal driving force, the external driving force, the technical basis and the synergistic effect. It is necessary, urgent and feasible to construct the virtual organization of logistics park based on 4 PL by using object-oriented method. The logistics resources and ability of the logistics park are "abstracted" and "encapsulated" into the "organization and organs" from the angle of "human organization" with the help of the core idea and logic of the object-oriented method according to the basic principle of the 4 PL. The "organization cells" and "organization organs" of logistics park are modularized and integrated into reusable, reconfigurable and extensible virtual organization of logistics park with the characteristics of "agile" and "concurrent engineering". The logistics park can realize the coordination among the various "Organize organs" through the modular logistics operation network system of the virtual organization, which conforms to the common goal of value maximization. The object-oriented method is applied to the virtual organization design of the logistics park based on the fourth party logistics, which provides a new idea and method for the innovation and development of the logistics base according to the basic principle of 4 PL and leads to a new research trend.
