摘要
在醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,碘(I3-)与罗丹明B(RhB)形成缔合物而使荧光消失,葡萄糖还原缔合物中的I3-完成荧光再现,据此建立了以"I3--RhB"缔合物为荧光探针测定葡萄糖含量的新方法。580nm处测量试液荧光强度(F),根据荧光强度变化值(△F)与溶液中的葡萄糖浓度线性关系,完成葡萄糖荧光测定。结果表明,在0~100μmol/L范围内,存在线性方程△F=-0.1120+1.6002c(μmol/L),相关系数r=0.9968,检出限为0.018μmol/L。该方法简便快速、准确可靠、灵敏度高,成功用于饮料中葡萄糖含量测定。
When the fluorescence signal intensity of rhodamine B(RhB)disappears by Iodine(I3-)in sodium acetate buffer solution,glucose can reduce I3-,which makes the system fluorescent signal reappear.So,a method for determining the content of glucose by using the RhB-I3-associate as a fluorescent probe was established.In this paper,580nm were chosen as emission wavelength for measurement of the glucose concentration.According to linear relationship between the value of△F and glucose concentration of sample solution,the determination of glucose was accomplished by the fluorescence method.Experimental results demonstrated that good linearity of the analyte was observed in the range of 0~100μmol/L with correlation coefficients(r=0.9968).The linear equation was△F=-0.1120+1.6002c(μmol/L),and the limits of detection(LOD)was 0.018μmol/L.So,the fluorescence method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and could be used in determination of glucose in beverage.
