医院感染管理是一门新型综合性学科,在管理过程中会不断出现新问题,需要不断持续改进才能提升医院感染管理质量。应用“新木桶理论”对新型冠状肺炎疫情期某医院感染管理工作进行梳理,把医院感染管理工作看作是一个木桶,从夯实桶底、固化长板、补齐短板、消除缝隙、箍紧铁箍、强化把手6个方面阐述新冠肺炎疫情期医院感染管理工作,为其他医院新冠疫情期常态化开展医院感染管理工作提供依据。

Nosocomial infection management is a new comprehensive discipline,and new problems will continue to emerge in the management process.Continuous improvement is required to improve the quality of nosocomial infection management.The author uses the new"wooden barrel"theory to sort out the management of nosocomial infections in the COVID-19 epidemic period,and treats the nosocomial infection management work as a wooden barrel.The six aspects of iron hoop and reinforced handles describe nosocomial infection management in the COVID-19 epidemic period,which provide a reference for other hospitals to carry out nosocomial infection management.
