以岗位胜任力为导向的住院医师规范化培训课程体系建设探索

Exploration on Construction of Resident Standardized Training Course System Oriented by Post Competency

随着医学教育的第三次改革,岗位胜任力的研究和实践成为热点。课程建设与实施是住院医师规范化培训体系建设的重要内容之一,是保证学员培训规范化、同质化的重要载体。目前,住院医师规范化培训课程不符合学员的需求和岗位胜任力的培养要求。在已有的课程基础上,探索构建以培养岗位胜任力为核心的课程体系,将课程分三年进行,各有侧重,课程设置主要包括公共课程、专业课程、教学实践课程,医患沟通课程内容注重细化知识点和突出技能核心能力。通过多种教学模式和方法相结合,建立案例库和配套建材,严格实施课程管理,从而提高学员积极性,满足学员不断增长的培训需求。为了完善课程体系建设,建议在今后工作中根据课程实施状况和学员反馈不断改进,构建和完善与岗位胜任力相匹配的课程考核方式。

With the third reform of medical education,the research and practice of post competency have become a hot topic.Construction and implementation of curriculum is one of the important contents of the construction of resident standardized training system,and is an important carrier to ensure the standardization and homogenization of trainees.At present,the course of resident standardized training does not tally with the requirement of trainees and post competency training.Therefore,based on the existing curriculum,this study explores and constructs a curriculum system with the core of developing post competency.The curriculum is divided into three years and each has its own emphasis,curriculum provision including public courses,professional courses,teaching practices,and communication courses,refining knowledge points and skills to highlight core competencies.The growing demand of trainees will be contented through a combination of various teaching modes and methods,the establishment of case database and textbook,strictly implement course management to improve their enthusiasm.In order to consummate the construction of the curriculum system,it is recommended to continuously improve according to the implementation status of the curriculum and the feedback of the trainees in the future work,construct and improve the curriculum assessment method that matches the post competency.
