摘要
目的探讨UPI、SCL-90量表在大学生心理健康筛查中的作用,并比较其相互间关系,为完善高校大学生心理健康教育工作、开展学生心理危机干预提供参考。方法通过在选修课堂上向354名学生发放问卷星平台制作的UPI与SCL-90调查问卷,进行线上测查并回收分析。结果UPIⅠ类筛选率高于SCL-90各筛选标准,其中UPIⅡ类与Ⅰ类重复筛选比例较高,占总样本的20.4%。总样本的SCL-90各因子的平均水平与全国青年常模比较,其中部分因子存在显著性差异。对预先设置的5个要素进行均值比较表明,居住地、经济和独生子女3因素对结果有显著影响。UPIⅠ类与SCL-90总分水平标准的一致性较好,Kappa值为0.428。结论UPI的分类存在重复,其较高的筛选率存在误诊风险。强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑与精神病性因子明显高于常模,可以确定人群中存在普遍的症状。居住地、家庭经济、是否独生子女对结果影响较明显。UPI与SCL-90在实际应用时应互补使用,综合做出较为准确的诊断。
Objective To explore the role of UPI and SCL-90 in college students'mental health screening and compare their relationship,so as to provide a basis for college students'mental health education and a reference of psychological crisis intervention for students.Methods Through elective courses,UPI and SCL-90 questionnaires were distributed to students for online testing and collected for analysis.Results The screening rate of UPI classⅠwas higher than all of SCL-90.The repetitive screening proportion of UPI class II and class I was higher,accounting for 20.4%of the total sample.The average level of SCL-90 factors in the total sample was compared with the National Youth norm,and some of them had significant differences.The comparison of the mean values of the five pre-set factors showed that the three factors of residence,economy and only child had a significant impact on the results.The consistency between UPI class I and SCL-90 total score level was good,and the Kappa value was 0.428.Conclusion The classification of UPI is duplicated,and its higher screening rate is due to misdiagnosis.Obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and psychotic factors were significantly higher than the norm,which shows the prevalence of symptoms in the population.Residence,family economy and being the only child had a significant impact on the results of the survey.UPI and SCL-90 should be used complementarily in practical application to make more accurate diagnosis.
