产前血清学筛查机构的规划布局对产前筛查功能的发挥有着十分重要的影响,但我国的产前血清学筛查在起步与发展阶段和西方发达国家相比均较晚,国外一些典型的经验是值得探讨与学习的。梳理与总结了典型发达国家在产前血清学筛查机构规划布局中的经验,并进一步探讨了这些国家进行此类规划布局的重要影响因素。

The planning and layout of prenatal serological screening institutions has a very important impact on the function of prenatal screening.However,the development of prenatal serological screening in China are later than developed western countries.The experience of these countries is worthy of exploring and learning for us.This paper was devoted to combing and summarizing the experience of typical developed countries in the planning and layout of prenatal serological screening institutions,and further explore the important influencing factors of such planning layout in these countries.
