基于医院与民间抗癌组织协作的延续性护理模式在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing Mode Based on Cooperation between Hospital and Non-Governmental Anti-Cancer Organizations on Functional Recovery of Breast Cancer Patients

目的探讨基于医院与民间抗癌组织协作的延续性护理模式在乳腺癌患者术后功能恢复的应用效果。方法将268例行乳腺癌改良根治术的患者随机分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组各134例,对照组实行乳腺癌围术期护理干预并进行随访,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于医院与民间抗癌组织协作的延续性护理模式,分别在出院前和干预6个月后测量患侧肩关节活动度,同时采用乳腺癌患者生活质量测定量表(Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast,FACT-B)评估患者生活质量。结果观察组肩关节活动度和生活质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于医院与民间抗癌组织协作的延续性护理模式可以促进乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能康复,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing mode based on the cooperation between hospital and non-governmental anti-cancer organizations on functional recovery of breast cancer patients.Methods 268 patients with modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention and follow-up.The continuous nursing mode based on the cooperation between the hospital and non-governmental anti-cancer organizations was implemented in the observation group plus with the same routine intervention received by the control group.The shoulder joint activity of the affected side was measured before discharge and 6 months after the intervention,respectively.The quality of life of cancer patients was measured by functional assessment of cancer therapy break(FACT-B).Results The activity of shoulder joint and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing mode based on the cooperation between the hospital and the non-governmental anti-cancer organizations can promote the functional rehabilitation of the affected limbs and improve the quality of life of the patients.
