摘要
目的分析大型科技公司职工健康管理发展现状,探索职工健康管理对慢性病预防的效果。方法运用描述性分析、列联表分析方法,统计分析2014—2017年在某三级甲等综合医院体检中心参与健康体检的某高科技公司职工体检结果及签约医疗团队后检治费和体检费的占比结构变化。结果该公司98%以上的职工患有至少1种疾病,甚至97%以上职工患有多种疾病,45~55岁人群占患病总人数比例最高,达到29.71%;体检费占比逐年增加,由91.02%增加到98.14%;相反地,职工平时生病时的检查费、治疗费占比在逐年减少,由8.98%降到1.86%。结论我国职工健康管理发展有良好的发展前景,它对积极预防慢性病发生、提高企业竞争力有着深远的影响,但同时也存在许多制约因素,据此提出了相关改善建议。
Objective To analyze the current situation of health management of employees in a science and technology companies and explore the impact of health management on chronic disease prevention.Methods Statistical analysis was made on the results of physical examination of employees in a high-tech company who participated in physical examination in a third-class A general hospital from 2014 to 2017,and the changes in the proportion of medi-cal treatment fees and medical examination fees after signing medical teams.Results More than 98%of employees in the company suffered from at least one disease,and more than 97%of employees suffered from multiple diseases.The proportion of people aged 45 to 55 was the most serious,reaching 29.71%.The proportion of medical exa-mination fees increased year by year,from 91.02%to 98.14%.On the contrary,the proportion of inspection fees and treatment fees for workers when they were ill decreased year by year,from 8.98%to 1.86%.Conclusion The development of health management of employees in China has great necessity and good prospects for development.It has a far-reaching impact on the prevention of chronic diseases and the improvement of enterprise competitiveness.At the same time,there are many constraints.Therefore,suggestions for improvement are proposed.
