摘要
针对汽车轮毂轴承装配时装球过程自动化程度低,劳动强度大的现状,考虑装球的特点,设计了汽车轮毂轴承全自动装球机,包括机械结构设计和控制系统设计,其中创新设计了保持架供料装置。经使用证明,该装球机结构合理,实现了装球的全自动化,满足工程需求。
In view of low degree of automation and high labor intensity of ball filling during assembly of automotive hub bearings,considering ball filling characteristics,an automatic ball filling machine is designed,including design of mechanical structure and control system,among which the feeding device for cages is designed innovatively.It is proved by use that the machine has a reasonable structure,and the automatic ball filling is realized,meeting engineering requirements.
