摘要 考虑惯性载荷,建立高速角接触球轴承拟静力学分析模型,计算轴承动刚度。以B7008C角接触球轴承为例,分析不同载荷及转速对轴承的接触状态及动刚度的影响,结果表明:较大的径向载荷,较小的轴向载荷及过高的转速会使部分球与沟道分离,接触球数量减少,对轴承轴向刚度影响较小,但会导致轴承径向刚度发生突变。 Considering the inertial load,the quasi-statics analysis model is established to calculate dynamic stiffness of high speed angular contact ball bearing.Taking the B7008C angular contact ball bearing as an example,the influence of different loads and rotational speeds on contact status and dynamic stiffness of the bearing is analyzed.The results show that the greater radial load,smaller axial load and excessively high rotational speed separate part of balls from raceway and reduce number of balls in contact with inner raceway,which has a small effect on axial stiffness of the bearing,but leading to sudden changes in radial stiffness of the bearing.
