摘要
论述了磁流体润滑性能的最新研究成果,主要涉及磁流体挤压薄膜润滑效应和磁流体润滑油膜特性理论探索,磁流体润滑性能与磁流变性能试验研究以及磁流体润滑性能数字仿真分析等,指出了目前研究的不足,介绍了磁流体应用于轴承润滑方面的试验研究,不仅集中于滑动轴承,还涉及润滑缺失严重的推力球轴承,其润滑效果明显。
The latest research results of magnetic fluid lubricating properties are discussed,the research mainly involves theoretical exploration of lubricating effect of magnetic fluid extrusion films and characteristics of magnetic fluid lubricating oil films,experimental research on magnetic fluid lubricating properties and magnetorheological properties,digital simulation analysis of magnetic fluid lubricating properties.The current research deficiencies are pointed out.The experimental research on application of magnetic fluid to bearing lubrication is introduced.The research not only focuses on sliding bearings,but also involves thrust ball bearings with severe lack of lubrication,and the lubricating effect is obvious.
