摘要 确定间抽井合理间歇采油制度,拟定的停机间抽制度是通过连续液面监测单井沉没度变化规律,确定单井间抽制度,通过多井数据拟合回归,形成全厂油井间抽制度优化模板;不停机间抽制度是通过不同产量级别油井液面下降及上升速度比值确定摇摆运行比,通过液面变化及耗电情况确定单轮次摇摆运行短周期时间。间抽采油针对不同油层评价了各油层间抽适应性及不适应条件,完善了间抽采油井冬季正常生产配套技术,给出了停机、不停机间抽井冬季正常运行条件。统计2019年执行间抽措施的偏磨井数,发现对比去年减少8口作业井;平均检泵周期对比去年延长了88天,减缓了杆柱偏磨情况的发生。共计节约经济费用为12.55万元。 Determine the reasonable intermittent production system for inter pumping wells,The proposed inter well pumping system is to determine the inter well pumping system by monitoring the change rule of single well submergence through continuous liquid level monitoring,and to form the optimization template of inter well pumping system through multi well data fitting and regression;the nonshut down inter well pumping system is to determine the swing operation ratio by the ratio of liquid level drop and rise speed of oil wells of different production levels,and the single round by the change of liquid level and power consumption Swing operation short cycle time.According to different oil layers,the adaptability and inadaptability conditions of different oil layers are evaluated,the matching technology of normal production in winter is improved,and the normal operation conditions in winter are given.According to the statistics of the number of eccentric wear wells implemented in 2019,it is found that compared with last year,8 operation wells are reduced;the average pump inspection period is extended by 88 days compared with last year,which slows down the occurrence of rod string eccentric wear.The total economic cost saved is 125500 yuan.
