摘要
为控制开发成本,提高开发效益,抽油机丛式井井场以往的配电方式已不再适应。共用直流母线技术既可实现抽油机再生能量的有效利用,又可简化系统的配置,降低配电系统建设成本。大庆油田第七采油厂10口抽油机应用后,井场变压器数量由3台减少至1台,系统有功单耗下降11.09%,可实现年节电2.70×104kWh,节约电费1.71万元。共用直流母线技术有效地降低了井场投资成本,减小了线路损耗,提高了系统功率因数,实现了节能降耗,是适用于多台抽油机群控的一种节电技术。
In order to control the development cost and improve the development efficiency,the former power distribution mode in the cluster well site of pumping unit is no longer suitable.The common DC bus technology can not only realize the effective utilization of the regenerative energy of the pumping unit,but also simplify the configuration of the system and reduce the construction cost of the power distribution system.After the application of 10 pumping units in the seventh oil production plant of Daqing Oilfield,the number of transformers in the well pad has been reduced from 3 to 1,and the active power consumption of the system has been reduced by 11.09%,which can save 2.70×104 kWh and 17100 yuan per year.The technology of sharing DC bus effectively reduces the investment cost of the well site,reduces the line loss,improves the power factor of the system,and realizes energy saving and consumption reduction.It is a power saving technology suitable for group control of multiple pumping units.
