摘要
原油储运系统是连接原油生产和炼化加工的纽带,随着油田开发的不断深入,原油储运系统适应性水平呈现逐步下降趋势,系统运行的安全性和经济性不断降低。通过对大庆油田原油储运系统运行现状的分析,结合油田未来发展规划及石油炼化企业生产需求,在对储运系统运行能力计算核实的基础上,提出油库间协同调度合并外输的优化调整措施,有效提高储运系统适应性水平,实现了年节约天然气158×104m3,年节电53.72×104kWh,原油储运系统运行的安全性和经济性显著提高。
The crude oil storage and transportation system is the link between the oil mining and downstream petroleum refining.With the deepening of oilfield exploitation,the decline of crude oil production will lead a decrease in the adaptability of crude oil storage and transportation system to oilfield production.By analyzing the operation status of crude oil storage and transportation system of Daqing Oilfield,combined with the prediction of the output according to the development plan of the Daqing Oilfield,meanwhile based on the theoretical calculation of the system operating capacity,the optimization and adjustment measures of cooperative scheduling and merging external transportation are carried out,which effectively improvethe adaptability of crude oil storage and transportation system and save 158×104 m3 natural gas and 53.72×104 kWhelectricity annually,the economy and safety of the production and operation process of crude oil storage and transportation system is improved.
