摘要
民航业的迅猛发展使得专业的民航客票销售人员的培养变得尤为迫切。然而调研发现,高职院校的人才培养质量与企业需求之间存在较大差距。《民航旅客订座》课程尝试通过课程教学改革实践,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和课程评价4个方面着手,培养适应航空服务企业需求的高素质应用技能型人才。
With the rapid development of civil aviation industry,the training of professional civil aviation ticket sales personnel has become particularly urgent.However,the research found that there is an obvious gap between the quality of personnel training in Higher Vocational Colleges and the needs of enterprises.The course of Civil Aviation Passenger Reservation tries to train high-quality applied skilled personnel to meet the needs of aviation service enterprises,through teaching reform and practice on teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and curriculum evaluation.
