清代至民国容县土地买卖契约文书的形制与特点--新见容县契约文书研究系列之二

The Form and Characteristics of land Sale Contract Documents in Rong County from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China——The Second Series of Research on Contract Documents of Rongxian County

清代到民国期间,桂东南地区容县的乡村社会土地买卖中产生了大量的契约文书。这些文书真实记录了这一时期土地买卖情况的原始信息,是研究该地区土地制度和社会经济变迁的重要史料。通过对新发现的清代至民国时期容县土地买卖契约文书的整理,从微观上对这些文书的形制和特点进行分析,展现了清代至民国时期桂东南地区土地买卖的惯习及乡村社会风貌。

From the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,a large number of contract documents were pro⁃duced in the rural social land sales of Rongxian County in Southeast Guangxi.These documents record the original information of land transaction in this period,and are important historical materials for studying the land system and social and economic changes in this area.Through sorting out the newly discovered land sale contract docu⁃ments of Rongxian County from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,and analyzing the form and characteristics of these documents from the micro level,it shows the customs and rural social features of land sale in Southeast Guangxi from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.
