国内外转底炉技术发展及工业化应用情况

Technical Development and Industrial Application of Rotary Bottom Furnace at home and abroad

摘要 转底炉直接还原法属非高炉炼铁技术范畴,该技术以其原料适应性强和操作工艺灵活性等优点,引起冶金界高度重视。本文主要对国外转底炉技术Inmetco、新日铁技术、FASTMET■、ITmk3■(第三代炼铁技术)等技术进行了简要介绍和应用情况进行简要说明。金川公司与神雾集团股份有限公司结合金川铜渣资源特色,联合开发出了全球第一条有色冶炼渣转底炉生产线,年处理达到80万t铜冶炼渣。对国内转底炉技术应用情况进行归类,对商业化生产的转底炉企业进行简要情况说明。最后,对国内外转底炉分布及运行情况进行了总结。通过对国内外转底炉技术发展综述和工业化应用情况的梳理,为国内从事转底炉工艺技术研究工作提供方向性指导,有针对性借鉴不同技术应用在不同领域。 Converter Bottom Furnace direct reduction is a non-blast furnace ironmaking technology,which has attracted great at-tention of metallurgical cireles because of its strong adaptability of raw materials and flexibility of operation process.In this paper,the technology of Converter Bottom Furnace in foreign countries and its application are brielly introduced,such as XinRiTie technology、FASTMET■ technology、ITmk3■ technology.The application of Converter Bottom Furace technology in China is lasifed.A brief de-scription of Converter Bottom Furmace enterprises in commercial production is given.Finally,the distribution and operation of Converter Bottom Fumace at home and abroad are summarized.Through reviewing the development of Converter Bottom Fumace technology at home and abroad and combing the industrial application situation.These provide directional guidance for domestic research on Converter Botom Furmace process technology,and refer to diferent technology applications in dfferent fields.
