摘要
学术问责作为一个跨学科的研究范畴,是从行政问责中推演而来的“舶来品”。通过对文献的检索与分析发现,学界将学术问责作为根治大学学术不端行为的一种有效方式,并从学术问责的内涵与特征、理论基础、目标与价值、困境以及构建框架等方面展开研究,取得了一定的研究成果。但学界研究尚未形成独立完整的学术问责理论体系、缺乏独具特色的本土化学术问责研究内容以及多元规范化的学术问责研究方法与研究视角。未来的学术问责研究应着力引入基于责任的学术问责理论,推进本土化的学术问责并扎根实践,探索多元、开放、兼容并包的学术问责研究范式。
As an interdisciplinary research category,academic accountability is an imported product derived from administrative accountability.Through literature search and analysis,it is found that the academic community regards it as an effective way to eradicate academic misconduct in universities,and conducts research from the connotation and characteristics,theoretical basis,goals and values,dilemmas,and construction frameworks of academic accountability.However,academic research on this issue has not yet formed an independent and complete academic accountability theory system,lacking unique localized academic accountability research content,and multiple standardized academic accountability research methods and perspectives.In the future,research on academic accountability should focus on introducing theoretical research on academic accountability based on responsibility,promoting localized academic accountability to take root in practical research,and exploring a diversified,open and inclusive academic accountability research paradigm.
