李村煤矿1303工作面瓦斯应力分析及预抽放工艺设计

摘要 针对李村煤矿1303工作面过断层破碎带瓦斯应力集中的问题,采用FLAC3D Extrusion数值分析的方法分别对瓦斯应力集中范围、不同断层倾角及不同推进距离下的瓦斯应力变化规律进行了分析,得到了满足安全生产要求的最小瓦斯预抽放距离。并结合瓦斯抽采工艺的特性,提出了增强孔内风压的施钻工艺和瓦斯预抽采工艺参数。采用此方案,能够有效提高施钻效率,降低瓦斯解析反应,保障工作面过断层的安全回采。 Aiming at the problem of gas stress concentration in the 1303 working face of Licun Coal Mine through fault fracture zone,using FLAC3DExtrusion numerical analysis method,the variation rule of gas stress under different range of gas stress concentration,different dip angle of fault and different pushing distance is analyzed,and the minimum gas pre-drainage distance meeting the requirements of safety production is obtained.Combined with the characteristics of gas extraction technology,the drilling technology and the parameters of gas pre-extraction technology were put forward.This scheme can effectively improve drilling efficiency,reduce gas analytical reaction and ensure safe stoping of working face through fault.
