康柏西普和雷珠单抗治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效对比 被引量:12

摘要 目的比较康柏西普与雷珠单抗治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取新生血管性青光眼患者为研究对象,分为雷珠单抗治疗组和康柏西普治疗组,每组30例(30只眼),分别给予雷珠单抗、康柏西普玻璃体腔内注射。测量治疗前、治疗后7 d、1个月、3个月眼压与视力,术后3个月时评价临床疗效。结果治疗后两组眼压均有下降趋势,治疗后7 d及1个月后,康柏西普组患者的眼压高于雷珠单抗组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,雷珠单抗组与康柏西普组两者的视力、眼压及总成功率,无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全视网膜光凝联合玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗的短期降眼压效果优于全视网膜光凝联合玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普,长期来看两者之间在降眼压及缓解患者视力损害方面作用无明显不同,且两者的安全性均较高。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Conbercept and Lucentis in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods Patients with neovascular glaucoma were divided into the Lucentis group(intravitreal injection of Lucentis)and Conbercept group(intravitreal injection of Conbercept),with 30 patients in each group.Intraocular pressure(IOP)and visual acuity were measured before the treatment,as well as at 7 days,1 month and 3 months after the treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated at 3 months after the surgery.Results A decreasing trend in IOP after the treatment was observed in both groups.The IOP in the Conbercept group was higher than that in the Lucentis group at 7 days and 1 month after the treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity,IOP or overall success rate between the two groups at 3 months after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions The short-term IOP lowering effect of pan retinal photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of Lucentis was better than that of pan retinal photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of Conbercept.While in the long term,there was no significant difference in IOP reduction or visual acuity improvement between the two groups,and the safety were relatively high in both groups.
