摘要
根据双齿轮弹簧机构的消隙原理,以消隙箱的体积小、重量轻为优化目标,建立了消隙齿轮箱的数学模型,利用Matlab软件进行优化设计计算,得出优化结果。结果表明优化后的参数更加合理,通过减小消隙齿轮箱的体积和重量,从而减小了进给部件的总重量,便于安装和提高传动效率。
In this paper,according to the anti-backlash principle of double-gear spring mechanism,the author has established a mathematical model of backlash gear box by taking the small volume and light weight of clearance box as the optimization objective,and obtained the optimization results by using Matlab software calculation.The results show that the optimized parameters are more reasonable.The total weight of the feed components is reduced by reducing the size and weight of the backlash gear box,which is easy to install and improve the transmission efficiency.
