摘要
对北京地区重点林区开展松材线虫普查时从油松中分离到一个伞滑刃线虫属群体.通过形态特征观察发现其与东京伞滑刃线虫(Bursaphelenchus tokyoensis)基本相似;通过扩增核糖体DNA(rDNA)18S、28S、ITS基因片段及测序分析,发现该群体与东京伞滑刃线虫的rDNA 18S和28S基因序列的相似度高达99%,ITS基因序列的相似度高达98%,因此将该群体鉴定为东京伞滑刃线虫.
A Bursaphelenchus sp.population was isolated from Pinus tabulaeformis during a general survey of pine nematode disease in the key forest areas in Beijing.It is similar to B.tokyoensis(Kanzaki,2009)in terms of morphological characteristics.Further sequencing analysis showed that this population and B.tokyoensi shared high sequence similarity,99%similarity in rDNA 18 S and 28 S sequences,and 98%similarity in rDNA ITS gene sequences.Therefore,it was identified as B.tokyoensi.
