遮光处理对叶柄芋芋梗产量和品质的影响

摘要 通过搭建遮荫棚设置5个遮光水平(遮光率分别为0、30%、50%、70%、90%),研究遮光率对叶柄芋株高、分蘖数、叶片数、叶面积以及芋梗长度、鲜重、粗纤维含量、粗蛋白含量和总糖含量的影响.结果表明:70%遮光率处理的叶柄芋植株最高,叶面积最大,叶柄数最多,产量比对照显著提高76.27%,芋梗粗纤维含量比对照提高30.88%;30%遮光率处理的叶柄芋分蘖数最多,比对照增加60.00%;90%遮光率处理的叶柄芋生长受到明显抑制,单株产量最低,比对照显著降低62.93%,但芋梗总糖和粗蛋白含量显著高于其他处理.因此,可选择郁闭度接近70%的胶园林下间作叶柄芋;若以繁育种苗为主,则选择30%遮光率为佳. Five shading levels(0,30%,50%,70%,and 90%)were set up to study the effects of shading on the development(plant height,tiller number,leaf number,leaf area,stem length,and fresh weight)and nutrient content(cellulose,protein,total sugar content)of taro cultivar with edible petiole.Results showed that 70%shading treatment produced the tallest plants with the largest number of petioles and highest petiole yield.It also resulted in higher biomass(76.27%)and significantly elevated petiole crude fiber content(30.88%).Treatment with 30%shading increased tiller number remarkably by 60.00%compared with the control.Under 90%shading,petiole yield hit the bottom,62.93%lower than that of the control,while the contents of total sugar and crude protein in taro stem were significantly higher.Therefore,for the purpose of harvesting petiole,it is advised to intercrop taro in rubber plantation with 70%canopy density while for tiller propagation 30%shading is more recommended.
