园林废弃物堆肥对楸树苗木生长和养分状况的影响 被引量:16

摘要 以楸树一年生苗为材料,在北京市延庆区永宁镇设置随机区组试验.共设置4个园林废弃物堆肥添加量梯度(0%、10%、20%、30%),进行大田施肥试验,研究土壤中不同园林废弃物堆肥添加量对楸树苗木生理和生长的影响,并进一步探讨了楸树苗木生长和养分状况之间的关系.土壤中添加10%园林废弃物堆肥可显著提高楸树苗木形态指标和叶绿素含量,使苗高增长量、地径、总生物量、总叶绿素含量分别增加8%、5%、19%和40%,在一定程度上提高楸树苗木的养分浓度和养分含量.添加10%~20%时对楸树苗木养分质量分数和养分积累具有显著作用,在添加10%时提升苗木体内的N、P含量和质量分数效果最好,添加20%时提升K含量和质量分数效果最好.因此得出,在永宁地区培育楸树苗木时土壤中添加10%~20%的园林废弃物堆肥有利于其生长和养分状况的提升,产出高质量的苗木. To make full use of garden waste in urban area,garden waste compost were supplemented to Catalpa bungei seedlings at 4 rates(0%,10%,20%and 30%)in a randomized block design in Yongning Town,Yanqing District,Beijing.The effects of compost were evaluated in terms of the physiological and growth status of seedlings,and the relationship between growth and nutrient status.The results showed that compost in the amount of 10%significantly enhanced the morphological performance and chlorophyll content of C.bungei seedlings,which increased height,ground diameter,total biomass and total chlorophyll content by 8%,5%,19%and 40%,respectively.Nutrient content of the seedlings were also improved to some extent.When compost applied between 10%and 20%,nutrient mass fraction and nutrient accumulation of the seedlings were also boosted.N and P contents and mass fractions were optimized at the addition of 10%compost,while K content and mass fractions were optimal when compost was supplemented at 20%.Therefore,garden waste compost was suggested to be applied at rates between 10%and 20%for C.bungei seedlings grown in Yongning Town,resulting in seedling with better nutrient status and high quality.
