取消省界收费站后公安检查站智慧管控系统建设和应用研究

在面对取消高速公路省界收费站的新形势下,研究了省界公安检查站智慧管控系统的建设内容和实战应用。提出省界公安检查站智慧管控系统的整体框架,综合省界公安检查站的整体功能,将其划分为感知区、待检区、检查区、停车区等四个功能区,提出各功能区的建设内容,并结合业务实战,将应用场景划分为日常模式和战时模式,同时分析相应的工作流程。

Facing the new situation of removing expressway toll gates at provincial boarders,the construction content and practical application of smart management and control system for Provincial Public Security Check Station were studied and an overall framework of it was proposed.In consideration of the overall functions of the Provincial Public Security Check Station,the system was divided into four functional areas including perception area,waiting area,check area and parking area.In addition,the paper also proposed the construction content of each functional area and,combining with the business practices,divided the application scenario into routine mode and emergency mode and the relevant work process was analyzed.
