高速公路省界收费站撤除后公安交管工作探讨

为进一步降低物流成本,促进物流降本增效,2018年5月16日,国务院常务会议确定推动取消全国高速公路省界收费站。高速公路省界收费站取消后通行效率有效提升,物流成本相应降低,但在原有省界收费站公安机关相关职能部门设立的执法检查服务站需要调整,相关工作管理措施发生根本性变化,本文针对公安交管省界执勤执法服务站点撤除后给公安交管工作带来的影响,提出相关工作措施的思考。

In order to further reduce the cost of logistics and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement in this area.The executive meeting of the State Council on May 16,2018 has decided to promote the removal of provincial toll gates along expressways across the country.After the removal of the provincial toll gates,traffic eficiency was improved and logistics cost was reduced,yet there is a need to adjust the law enforcement check and service stations established by relevant police agencies at the original provincial toll gates and relevant management measures have changed fundamentally.This paper,in combination with the influence of the removal of provincial police trfic management and law enforcement service stations to the public security work,proposed the thinking of relevant measures.
