稽留流产患者焦虑、抑郁情绪与睡眠质量分析

Anxiety,depression,and sleep quality of missed abortion patients

目的探讨稽留流产患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪与睡眠质量的关系。方法选取苏州市相城区第三人民医院2017年11月至2018年12月接诊的稽留流产患者95例为观察组,同期选择健康妊娠者95名为对照组,行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,分析稽留流产患者情绪改变的影响因素。结果观察组SAS评分[(62.58±8.02)分]、SDS评分[(57.43±5.36)分]、PSQI评分[(9.81±1.58)分]均高于对照组[(34.27±6.97)分、(33.81±5.18)分、(6.94±1.01)分,P均<0.05]。年龄、文化程度、流产史、婚龄、家庭月收入是稽留流产患者情绪改变的影响因素。结论稽留流产患者多有焦虑、抑郁情绪,且睡眠质量降低,可能与年龄、文化程度、流产史、婚龄、家庭月收入等因素有关。

Objective To investigate the anxiety,depression,and sleep quality of missed abortion patients.Methods Ninety-five missed abortion patients were selected in Maternal and Child Health Centre of Xiangcheng District from November 2017 to December 2018 as an observation group,and 95 healthy pregnancy were selected as controls.All subjects were evaluated using the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).Factors influencing mood change in missed abortion patients were analyzed.Results SAS score(62.58±8.02),SDS score(57.43±5.36),and PSQI scores(9.81±1.58)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(34.27±6.97,33.81±5.18,6.94±1.01,P<0.05).Age,education level,abortion history,marriage age,and family monthly income were influencing factors of mood change in missed abortion patients.Conclusion Missed abortion patients often have anxiety,depression,and reduced sleep quality,which may be related to age,education level,abortion history,marriage age,and family monthly income.
