科技研发人员薪酬激励与企业绩效关联性——基于工业企业省级面板数据实证研究 被引量:1

Correlation Between Salary Incentives for Scientific and Technological R&D Personnel and Corporate Performance--Empirical Evidence Based on Provincial Panel Data of Industrial Enterprises

摘要 科技研发人员是企业特殊的知识型人才,是企业科技创新的主体,是企业可持续发展维系核心竞争力的人力资源保障.利用工业企业省级面板数据对科技研发人员的薪酬激励与企业绩效相关性进行实证,发现科技研发人员薪酬激励与企业绩效具有显著的正相关性,提高科技研发人员薪酬可以提升企业绩效.根据研究结论提出制定行业性的科技研发人员薪酬激励机制、完善科技研发人员薪酬结构和建立合理的科技研发人员薪酬考核体系等对策与建议. Scientific and technological research and development personnel are special knowledgebased talents of the enterprise,the main body of scientific and technological innovation of the enterprise,and the human resource guarantee for the sustainable development of the enterprise to maintain core competitiveness.Using provincial panel data of industrial enterprises to conduct an empirical study on the correlation between salary incentives of scientific and technological R&D personnel and corporate performance.The research found that the salary incentives of technology R&D personnel have significant positive correlation with corporate performance.Increasing the salary of technology R&D personnel can improve corporate performance.Based on the research conclusions,the analysis and suggestions are put forward,such as formulating an industrial science and technology research and development personnel salary incentive mechanism,improving the technology research and development personnel salary structure,and establishing a reasonable technology research and development personnel salary assessment system.
