For meeting the challenges of the current financial situation,the China's Mainland’s financial industry needs a large number of financial talents,who are proficient in international financial business.This demand forces the mainland’s universities to strengthen the cultivation of preeminent laboratory of international finance.Hong Kong's financial institutions have rich experience in international financial business,and thus they can be considered to be high-quality partners for mainland’s universities to train international financial elites.This paper will innovate the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in China's Mainland,and try to maximize the unique advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),for deepening the school-enterprise cooperation between mainland’s universities and Hong Kong’s financial institutions.This measure is meaningful for both mainland and Hong Kong,to jointly cultivate international financial talents for the country.
