摘要
目的探讨持续气道湿化对重症高血压脑出血患者肺部感染控制情况的影响。方法 80例重症高血压脑出血患者根据气道湿化方法的不同分为对照组(n=20)、 MR810组(n=26)、 MR850组(n=34),分别采用普通雾化器持续湿化、MR810型湿化管道系统持续湿化、 MR850型湿化管道系统持续湿化。比较三组的湿化效果、肺部感染控制及呼吸系统并发症。结果 MR850组的湿化效果、肺部感染控制情况、呼吸系统并发症发生率均显著优于MR810组、对照组(P <0.05)。结论 MR850型湿化管道系统持续湿化可有效改善重症高血压脑出血患者术后痰液黏稠,控制肺部感染,降低呼吸系统并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the influence of continuous airway humidification on pulmonary infection control in patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods According to different airway humidification methods,80 patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into control group(n=20),MR810 group(n=26)and MR850 group(n=34),using ordinary atomizer,MR810 type humidification pipeline system and MR850 type humidification pipeline system for continuous humidification respectively.The humidification effect,pulmonary infection control and respiratory complications were compared among the three groups.Results The humidification effect,pulmonary infection control situation and incidence of respiratory complications of the MR850 group were significantly better than those of the MR810 group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions MR850 type humidification pipeline system for continuous humidification can effectively improve the postoperative sputum viscosity,control the pulmonary infection and reduce the incidence of respiratory complications in patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
