纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗联合抗生素治疗重症肺部感染患者的效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗联合抗生素治疗重症肺部感染患者的疗效。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的重症肺部感染患者100例,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗联合抗生素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及治疗前后的血气指标。结果治疗后,观察组的各项血气指标均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗联合抗生素治疗重症肺部感染患者具有明显的临床效果,可有效改善患者的血气指标。 Objective To explore the effect of sputum aspiration and irrigation by fiberbronchoscope combined with antibiotics in the treatment of patients with severe pulmonary infection.Methods 100 patients with severe pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with sputum aspiration and irrigation by fiberbronchoscope combined with antibiotics.The therapeutic effect and the blood gas indicators before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the blood gas indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of sputum aspiration and irrigation by fiberbronchoscope and antibiotics in the treatment of patients with severe pulmonary infection has significant clinical effect,and can effectively improve patients'blood gas indicators.
