腔内修复治疗高龄腹主动脉瘤患者的疗效和预后分析 被引量:3

Analysis on the Efficacy and Prognosis of Endovascular Repair in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

摘要 目的探讨高龄腹主动脉瘤患者行腔内修复治疗的疗效和预后。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的高龄腹主动脉瘤患者35例,其中20例行腔内修复治疗者为研究组, 15例行传统手术切除治疗者为对照组。比较两组手术前后的外周血CD4+、 CD8+数量,比较两组的手术情况及预后。结果研究组的手术时间、术后ICU住院时间以及总住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量以及输血量均显著少于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组术后3 d及术后7 d的外周血CD4+、 CD8+数量均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论腔内修复治疗高龄腹主动脉瘤可有效改善患者的免疫功能、疗效和预后,且并发症少。 Objective To explore the efficacy and prognosis of endovascular repair in the treatment of elderly patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods 35 elderly patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected.Among them,20 patients treated with endovascular repair were set as study group,and 15 patients treated with traditional surgical resection were set as control group.The counts of CD4+and CD8+in peripheral blood before and after surgery,the surgery situation and the prognosis were compared between two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative ICU staying time and total hospitalization time of study group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion were significantly less than those of control group(P<0.05).3 and 7 days after surgery,the counts of CD4+and CD8+in peripheral blood of study group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Endovascular repair in the treatment of elderly abdominal aortic aneurysm can effectively improve the immune function,efficacy and prognosis of patients,and has few complications.
