喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁对双相情感障碍患者血清TBIL、ALB水平的影响

Effect of Quetiapine Combined with Magnesium Valproate on Serum TBIL and ALB Levels in Patients with Bipolar Disorder

目的探讨喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁对双相情感障碍患者血清TBIL以及ALB水平的影响。方法 90例双相情感障碍患者随机分为两组各45例,对照组口服丙戊酸镁片,观察组口服丙戊酸镁片联合富马酸喹硫平片,比较两组的TBIL水平、 ALB水平、BRMS评分、 HAMD评分以及不良反应。结果治疗30 d后,两组的TBIL及ALB水平均上升, BRMS及HAMD评分均下降,且观察组的各指标均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗双相情感障碍的效果显著,利于调节患者血清TBIL、 ALB水平,提高抗氧化能力,改善躁狂及抑郁状态,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate on serum TBIL and ALB levels of patients with bipolar disorder.Methods 90 patients with bipolar disorder were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received magnesium valproate tablets orally,and the observation group received magnesium valproate tablets combined with quetiapine fumarate tablets orally.The TBIL level,ALB level,BRMS score,HAMD score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 30 days of treatment,the TBIL and ALB levels in both groups increased,BRMS and HAMD scores decreased,and all the indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate has significant effect and high safety in the treatment of bipolar disorder,which is beneficial to the regulation of serum TBIL and ALB levels,the improvement of antioxidant capacity,and the improvement of mania and depression of patients.
