摘要
目的观察团队辅导对溃疡性结肠炎患者预后的影响。方法 120例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为对照组(未行团队辅导)和实验组(行团队辅导)各60例,比较两组的预后。结果干预1个月、 3个月后,实验组的疾病认知度评分、 ESCA量表得分以及SF-36得分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论团队辅导可提升溃疡性结肠炎患者的疾病认知、自护能力以及生活质量。
Objective To observe the influence of team counseling on the prognosis of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods 120 patients with ulcerative colitis were equally divided into the control group(without team counseling)and the experimental group(with team counseling).The prognosis was compared between two groups.Results After 1 month and 3 months of intervention,the disease cognition degree score,ESCA scale score and SF-36 score of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Team counseling can improve the disease cognition,self-care ability and quality of life in patients with ulcerative colitis.
