标准化急救护理流程在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用

Application of Standardized First Aid Nursing Procedure in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨标准化急救护理流程在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年10月我院收治的70例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为两组各35例。对照组实施常规急救护理,实验组实施急性脑卒中标准化急救护理流程,比较两组的急救时间及抢救效果。结果实验组的急诊分诊时间、静脉通道建立时间、 CT或MRI完成时间、开始静脉溶栓时间均显著短于对照组,呼吸道阻塞、脑疝、神经功能后遗症发生率以及死亡率均显著低于对照组,溶栓率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论标准化急救护理流程应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者效果明显,可缩短急救时间,提高抢救效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of standardized first aid nursing procedure in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods 70 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine first aid nursing,while the experimental group received standardized first aid nursing procedure for acute ischemic stroke.The first aid time and rescue effect were compared between two groups.Results The emergency triage time,venous channel establishment time,CT or MRI completion time,and starting time of intravenous thrombolysis in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the incidences of respiratory tract obstruction,cerebral hernia and neurological sequelae and the mortality rate were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the thrombolysis rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized first aid nursing procedure applied in patients with acute ischemic stroke has obvious effect,which can shorten the first aid time,and improve the rescue effect.
