延续护理干预对支气管哮喘患儿治疗依从性及肺功能的影响

The Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Lung Function of Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨延续护理干预对支气管哮喘患儿治疗依从性及肺功能的影响。方法选取我院2018年4月至2019年8月收治的88例支气管哮喘患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组各44例。对照组采用常规护理干预,实验组采用延续护理干预。比较两组患儿的治疗依从性及护理干预前后肺功能情况。结果实验组患儿的治疗依从性为97.73%,显著高于对照组的81.82%(P <0.05)。干预前,两组的FEV1、 PEF、 FVC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组的FEV1、 PEF、 FVC水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论延续护理干预应用于支气管哮喘患儿效果显著,可有效提高患儿的治疗依从性,改善肺功能。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on treatment compliance and lung function of children with bronchial asthma.Methods 88 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to August 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing intervention,and the experimental group received continuous nursing intervention.The treatment compliance and the lung function before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the experimental group was 97.73%,significantly higher than 81.82%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the levels of FEV1,PEF and FVC between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the levels of FEV1,PEF and FVC of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention applied in children with bronchial asthma has significant effect,which can effectively improve the treatment compliance and the lung function of children.
