以护士为中心多学科协作护理对急性脑梗死患者凝血及血管功能的影响

Influence of Nurse-Centered Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing on Coagulation and Vascular Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨以护士为中心多学科协作护理对急性脑梗死患者凝血及血管功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年10月至2019年10月收治的急性脑梗死患者103例,随机分为两组。对照组51例实施传统护理,试验组52例实施以护士为中心多学科协作护理。比较两组护理前后的凝血功能、血管内皮功能和神经功能。结果护理后,试验组的Fig、 ET-1水平以及NIHSS评分均显著低于对照组, APTT、 PT、 NO水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论以护士为中心多学科协作护理能改善急性脑梗死患者的凝血功能,抑制血栓形成,提高血管功能,缓解神经功能缺损,促进患者神经功能恢复。

Objective To explore the influence of nurse-centered multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on coagulation and vascular function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 103 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.51 cases in the control group received traditional nursing,and 52 cases in the experimental group received nurse-centered multidisciplinary collaborative nursing.The coagulation function,vascular endothelial function and nerve function before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Fig level,ET-1 level and NIHSS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the levels of APTT,PT and NO were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nurse-centered multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can improve the coagulation function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,inhibit thrombosis,improve vascular function,alleviate nerve function defect,and promote the recovery of nerve function of patients.
