循证护理干预对糖尿病足患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响

The Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing Intervention on Glycemic Control and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的探讨循证护理干预对糖尿病足患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的160例糖尿病足患者,随机分为两组各80例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用循证护理干预,比较两组干预前后的血糖指标及生活质量。结果干预前,两组的血糖指标无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预前,两组的SF-36各维度评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的SF-36各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论循证护理干预可显著改善糖尿病足患者的血糖控制,提升其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on glycemic control and quality of life in patients with diabetic foot.Methods 160 cases of patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing intervention,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention.The glycemic indicators and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the glycemic indicators(P>0.05);After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the scores of SF-36 dimensions(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of SF-36 dimensions of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing intervention can significantly improve the glycemic control and quality of life in patients with diabetic foot.
