就诊时间对缺血性脑卒中预后的影响及护理对策

The Influence of Visiting Time on the Prognosis of Ischemic Stroke and the Nursing Countermeasures

目的探讨就诊时间对缺血性脑卒中患者预后的影响以及护理对策。方法回顾性分析150例缺血性脑卒中患者的临床资料,按照就诊时间分为三组,分析患者就诊时间与预后的关系。结果 <6 h组的治疗总有效率为95.65%, 6~24 h组为75.00%,>24 h组为57.75%。>24 h组的治疗总有效率显著低于其他两组,<6 h组的治疗总有效率显著高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者发病后越早入院接受治疗,预后越理想,有效的治疗和护理对于降低死亡率和致残率、改善患者生活质量有重要意义。

Objective To explore the influence of visiting time on the prognosis of ischemic stroke patients and the nursing countermeasures.Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with ischemic stroke were retrospectively analyzed,and patients were divided into three groups according to visiting time,to analyze the relationship between patients'visiting time and prognosis.Results The total effective rate was 95.65%in<6 h group,75.00%in 6~24 h group,and 57.75%in>24 h group.The total effective rate of>24 h group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups,and the total effective rate of<6 h group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The sooner patients with ischemic stroke are admitted to hospital,the better their prognosis will be.Effective treatment and nursing are of great significance for reducing mortality rate and disability rate,and improving the quality of life of patients.
