The Change of Supply Chain Ecosystem Supervision System in China

供应链生态系统监管发展实质就是供应链生态系统监管制度的完善过程。本文以界定研究的基本概念、内涵及特征,揭示其实现机理,明确中国供应链生态系统监管制度变迁的理论逻辑为核心切入点,考察我国生态环境制度变迁的演化过程,探求供应链生态系统监管制度变迁基本特征和影响因素,揭示出供应链生态系统监管制度变迁过程中的关系结构在模式上的不适应、时间上的不一致和结构上的失衡。基于此,提出当前中国供应链生态系统监管的发展对策:建构"可持续"制度格局。通过打造供应链生态系统监管可持续发展的实现目标、实现平台、实现手段的综合范式,促进供应链生态系统监管与生态经济可持续发展,实现供应链和生态经济与国民经济可持续发展,为新时代生态文明建设与可持续发展的实现提供新视角。

Supply chain ecosysterm regulation development is the improvement process of the supply chain ecosysterm regulation process.Based on defining the basic concept,connotion and characteristics of research,this paper reveals its implementation mechanism,and takes the theory logic as the core entry point,and inspects evolution process,and seeks the basic characteristics and influencing factors,and reveals the relationship stucture is not adapt in pattern,inconsistent in time,imbalance in structural in the process of institutional change.Based on this,this paper proposes some countermeasures:constructing the systerm of"sustainable"pattern,through building the integrated paradigms of the achieve goal,platform and the implement method of the sustainable development of the supply chain ecosystem,promoting sustainable development of the supply chain ecosystem regulation,ecogical economy and national economy,and providing a new perspective for the construction of ecological civilization and the realization of sustainable development in the new era.
