COOK双球囊联合缩宫素对足月引产产妇宫颈成熟度及母婴结局的影响

Influence of COOK Double Balloon Combined with Oxytocin on Cervical Maturity and Maternal and Child Outcomes of Puerperas with Term Induced Labor

目的探讨COOK双球囊联合缩宫素对足月引产产妇宫颈成熟度及母婴结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年6月我院68例足月引产产妇的临床资料,依据引产方式不同分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34)。对照组采用缩宫素引产,观察组采用COOK双球囊联合缩宫素引产。对比两组产妇引产前后的宫颈成熟度及分娩情况、不良妊娠结局发生率。结果引产前,两组的Bishop评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);引产后,两组的Bishop评分均明显高于引产前,且观察组的Bishop评分高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局发生率为2.94%,低于对照组的23.53%(P <0.05)。结论 COOK双球囊联合缩宫素可有效促进足月引产产妇宫颈成熟,提高自然分娩率,改善不良妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the influence of COOK double balloon combined with oxytocin on cervical maturity and maternal and child outcomes of puerperas with term induced labor.Methods The clinical data of 68 puerperas with term induced labor in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different induction methods,they were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34).The control group was induced by oxytocin,and the observation group was induced by COOK double balloon combined with oxytocin.The cervical maturity before and after induction,delivery and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Before induction,no statistical difference was found in the Bishop score between the two groups(P>0.05).After induction,the Bishop scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the induction,and the Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 2.94%,lower than 23.53%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions COOK double balloon combined with oxytocin can effectively promote the cervical maturation of puerperas with term induced labor,improve the natural delivery rate and the adverse pregnancy outcomes.
