化湿清热解毒汤加减联合抗病毒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Modified Huashi Qingre Jiedu Decoction Combined with Antiviral Therapy in Chronic Hepatitis B

目的探讨化湿清热解毒汤加减联合抗病毒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法 96例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),对照组给予抗病毒治疗,观察组给予化湿清热解毒汤加减联合抗病毒治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后肝功能指标及治疗后HBeAg及HBV-DNA转阴情况。结果治疗前,两组的GGT、 TBIL、 AST、 ALT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的GGT、 TBIL、 AST、 ALT水平降低,且观察组的GGT、 TBIL、 AST、 ALT水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的HBeAg、 HBV-DNA转阴率分别为62.50%、 54.17%,明显高于对照组的41.67%、 33.33%(P <0.05)。结论化湿清热解毒汤加减联合抗病毒治疗慢性乙型肝炎可显著改善患者损伤的肝功能,提升转阴率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Huashi Qingre Jiedu decoction combined with antiviral therapy in chronic hepatitis B.Methods 96 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The control group received antiviral therapy,while the observation group was given modified Huashi Qingre Jiedu decoction combined with antiviral therapy.The liver function indicators before and after treatment,and the negative conversion of HBeAg and HBV-DNA after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the GGT,TBIL,AST and ALT levels between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the GGT,TBIL,AST and ALT levels of the two groups decreased,and the GGT,TBIL,AST and ALT levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the negative conversion rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA in the observation group were 62.50%and 54.17%respectively,significantly higher than 41.67%and 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Huashi Qingre Jiedu decoction combined with antiviral therapy in chronic hepatitis B can significantly improve the injury liver function of patients,and improve the negative conversion rate.
