替格瑞洛联合急诊PCI治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Ticagrelor Combined with Emergency PCI in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨替格瑞洛联合急诊经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效。方法选择2017年10月至2019年9月我院收治的264例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为两组各132例。对照组行急诊PCI,观察组采用替格瑞洛联合急诊PCI治疗,比较两组患者的血小板聚集率、不良心血管事件及出血事件发生情况。结果术后1周,观察组的血小板聚集率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。术后,观察组的不良心血管事件发生率为17.42%,低于对照组的34.09%(P <0.05)。两组的出血事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用替格瑞洛联合急诊PCI治疗急性心肌梗死,可有效抑制患者血小板聚集,减少不良心血管事件发生。

Objective To explore the efficacy of ticagrelor combined with emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods 264 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received emergency PCI.The observation group was treated with ticagrelor combined with emergency PCI.The platelet aggregation rate,adverse cardiovascular events and bleeding events were compared between the two groups.Results One week after operation,the platelet aggregation rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 17.42%,lower than 34.09%in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of bleeding events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ticagrelor combined with emergency PCI in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can effectively inhibit the platelet aggregation and reduce the adverse cardiovascular events.
