牙周-正畸联合治疗中重度牙周病伴前牙错颌畸形的临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Periodontal-Orthodontic Combined Treatment in Moderate and Severe Periodontal Disease Complicated with Anterior Dental Malocclusion

目的探讨牙周-正畸联合治疗中重度牙周病伴前牙错颌畸形的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2019年6月我院收治的44例中重度牙周病伴前牙错颌畸形患者,随机分为研究组与对照组各22例。对照组进行单纯的牙周病基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用牙周-正畸联合治疗。比较治疗前及治疗后6个月两组患者的探诊深度(PD)、探针出血(BOP)、牙龈指数(GI)及菌斑指数(PLI),观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的PD、 BOP、 GI及PLI均低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率为95.5%,高于对照组的68.2%(P <0.05)。结论牙周-正畸联合治疗中重度牙周病伴前牙错颌畸形患者能够显著改善患者的临床症状,有效矫正错颌畸形,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of periodontal-orthodontic combined treatment in moderate and severe periodontal disease complicated with anterior dental malocclusion.Methods 44 patients with moderate and severe periodontal disease complicated with anterior dental malocclusion admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was given simple periodontal basic treatment,and the study group was given periodontal-orthodontic combined treatment on the basis of the control group.The pocket depth(PD),bleeding on probing(BOP),gingival index(GI)and plaque index(PLI)before treatment and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.The treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the PD,BOP,GI and PLI of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.5%,higher than 68.2%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Periodontal-orthodontic combined treatment in patients with moderate and severe periodontal disease complicated with anterior dental malocclusion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and effectively correct the malocclusion,with higher clinical value.
