美沙拉秦结合益生菌对溃疡性结肠炎患者免疫功能及炎性指标的影响

Influence of Mesalazine Combined with Probiotics on Immune Function and Inflammatory Indicators in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨美沙拉秦结合益生菌(双歧杆菌三联活菌)治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的效果。方法选择2016年9月至2019年11月我院收治的80例UC患者,随机分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。两组患者均接受常规治疗。对照组采用美沙拉秦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的免疫功能与炎性指标水平。结果治疗后,观察组的CD3^+、 CD4^+、 CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的TNF-α、 IL-8、 IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉秦结合益生菌治疗UC患者的临床效果显著,可有效提高免疫功能,减轻炎性反应,促进患者身体恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of mesalazine combined with probiotics(bifidobacterium triple viable)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 80 UC patients admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Both groups received routine treatment.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable on the basis of the control group.The immune function and levels of inflammatory indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mesalazine combined with probiotics in the treatment of UC patients has significant clinical effect,and can effectively improve the immune function,relieve the inflammatory reactions,and promote the body recovery of patients.
